Shannon Dolan is an author and business consultant and expert on using happiness science for work. She specializes in teaching businesses how to create a culture where stress is used positively to create so-called high performance superstars. She teaches that happiness is actually the physical state that best primes the brain and body for high performance.
Her work is based on scientific research and studies and she has helped companies in the US and Germany to improve their work culture as well as been a featured speaker TedX talks.
In addition to explaining how happiness inspires greater work output, she is also going to teach us some techniques to transmute moments of high-stress to periods of high-productivity.
